TOMMY JOHNS | Creative Director

I guess you could call Tommy our Creative Director, but conventional job titles aren’t really our thing. Let’s just say he wears a lot of hats (literally and figuratively). Tommy is a photographer, cinematographer, designer, restaurant menu advisor, cocktail menu consultant, event planner, voracious learner and even more impressive eater. If our work didn’t put us around the best food and beverage in the world enough, Tommy spends his spare time taking those influences home to his kitchen and studio bar where he usually has a dozen or so concepts cooking up at any given time.

TAYLOR COCHRAN | Director of Content & Production

If Taylor has known one thing to be true for her entire life, it’s that she loves a good story. Like everyone on our small team, Taylor covers quite a few bases. She’s our go-to writer for everything from long form narratives to social media captions, scripts, pitches, proposals, taglines, website copy - pretty much anywhere you can put words, we’ve had Taylor write for it. Taylor joined forces with Will and Tommy after spending a few years at Doe-Anderson working primarily on social media for Maker’s Mark Bourbon. Because of Taylor’s background in the service industry, she was also frequently assigned to teams working on various projects from cocktail development to on-premise activation planning and trade engagement strategies for other Jim Beam expressions like Legent, Jim Beam Apple and Jim Beam Vanilla. Taylor’s passion for the food and beverage world comes from her time working in restaurants popular with bourbon tourists where she learned that telling a good story can open a door to almost anywhere.

Will is our sniper. He can think fast and grab beautiful, interesting footage on the fly. The skills he learned shooting skateboarding videos in his youth are evident in his agility and ability to maintain precision making him a key asset for documentary work in the food and beverage world. Speaking of agility, we all have backgrounds working in the service industry and Will knows how to maneuver a shoot in a busy kitchen without getting in the way because he’s been in the weeds before too. Will and Tommy previously worked together at their joint production company 750Four Productions.

Mike is a director in every sense of the word. His speech is direct, his ideas are direct and the work he produces is direct. Unlike stereotypes you may know about film and art directors, Mike is exceedingly easy to work with and lends a different eye to each project informed by his lifelong dedication to studying the masters of art and film. If you need a logo for a new restaurant concept or want an ad for your new spirit brand that looks like Blade Runner,Mike can make it happen. Before joining our team, Mike was most recently an art director for Crosley Radio and directing short films and music videos under his production company Missing Reels.
