2 parts Tequila Ocho
.5 parts Lime Juice
.25 parts Lemon Juice
.5 parts Re’al Agave Nectar
Sliced Jalapeño
Cucumber Ribbons
Soda Water
Method:
Combine Tequila, Lime, Lemon, Agave Nectar, Jalapeño, and Cucumber in shaker tin with ice.
Shake for chill and dilution.
Double strain to Highball Glass over ice.
Top with soda and garnish with Cucumber Ribbon and Expressed Lemon Peel.
