2 parts Rabbit Hole Dareringer Bourbon
.75 part Lemon Juice
.5 part Apricot Preserves
.25 part Pistachio Liqueur
.5 part Aquafaba
Method:
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin with ice.
Shake for chill and dilution.
Double strain to Couple Glass.
Garnish Torched Rosemary Sprig.
